    Well every since I was a kid I love going to Prima Pasta not only for food but the most greatest waitress and the most friendly people. I love seeing them greeting customers & make some funny jokes! Also the food is the BEST!!!

    Really enjoyed this Italian restaurant. Greatly enjoyed the pasta sampler as I always have trouble deciding on only one baked pasta option! Great little find on road between Austin and Lubbock.

    Food tasted great and there was plenty of it. Comfortable atmosphere, I'm definitely going back.

    We had a great time and the food was wonderful. The wait staff were pleasant and efficient. With such a large party, they were amazing.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! First off.... Food was made wrong, while my significant others food was getting cold for waiting on my order to be made right. 20 mins later they brought my new plate out and it was wrong again. We then said look we will pay for our drinks but since food was made wrong for 2nd time we do not wish to take it... the owner came out and said we need to still pay for food that we did not eat that was not made right Because he would be out money if we didn’t pay. We disagreed and the cops were called out and they threatened to press charges if we did not pay... not to mention the owner cursing at me. We paid for our food and everything even though we did not eat. Worst customer service! They just want your money. Please eat at chili’s or Humphrey Pete’s or even cotton patch instead I do not want this happening to you or anyone else.
